For the next new weeks, this section will be a do. This will be to put the theory of the Fruits of The Spirit into practise, Together.
This week, let us then practise being patient. This means withdrawing agitated comment, facial expressions, tuts and sighs,
and showing harrassment in Our body language. This might mean slowing down for some if They live life at a frantic pace, always rushing about. Let Us develop patient endurance which will be a life long skill and stress reliever. While You are waiting, You could be having a blether to God and/or Christ who will keep You calm and content during Your wait whether this be in person, on the phone or out and about with people. I do belive most of Us are extremely patient people but let Us look like We are actually ENJOYING learning patience or demonstrating patience. God and Christ will love it but the enemy will hate it because he loses satisfaction in getting people annoyed with impatience. If need be, to avoid rushing, leave 5 minutes earlier - why make things stressful when there is no need if it can be avoided. So, if You're on the roads, You shouldn't be rushing either breaking speed limits. SLOW down to be within the limits set and again, lave a littl earlier if You're always freaking out at the wheel. You can do it! Lord, thank You, for Your AMAZING patience with Us - You wait and wait and yet don't get annoyed with Us - ever! Thank You that You never rush Us but set a high but realistic target and pace. Let Us help one another then whose life isn't very good at the minute and They are prone to impatience by making allowances for Them. Amen.
