What a lovely, lovely story I have just read about John and Dorothy from Kilsyth who are parents to Amy and her brother. John and Dorothy opened Their hearts and homes to foster Amy 7 years ago and have provided extraordinary love and care and attention even providing for Amy and Her brother's future through fostering an income generating skill in photography.
What really touched Me about Amy was Her words. She said 'Fostering is a great opportunity. For Those who realise They're being given a second chance with Their life which can get better'. It was the second chance that touched Me because the first chance didn't work out with Amy's biological parents to care for Her.
Amy and her mum, Dorothy, look so genuinely happy in the photograph that it is a perfect match. Lord, please match Our children waiting on care with Their new parents as soon as possible please. I am grateful that the regulations have been relaxed and the procedure shortened because These children need to find that there is a lot of love out there. Take care of Them All til They get to Their destined home. Thank You. Amen.
The Lord works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed. He redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion
