I share My experience with Virgin Mobile which has left Me with a sour taste in My mouth. After changing to them, I ENDURED an entire month's worth of hassle and let down after another. I spent at least 8 hours alone trying to sort out the mess they made. I also had many more time wasted spent sorting out the hassle I got from their mistakes on my phone calls and texts. It was like a Carry on Complaining film but just without the laughs. I put the catalogue of errors to writing to them asking for a reply, an apology and a refund and also compensation. I got a phone call and none of the other requests I made. I am very disappointed in the service I received and on My letter wanted them to tell me they were working towards sorting out what is wrong there so that Others could be spared. I haven't even been refunded as yet for the fee for the service I didn't get! I expected and asked, politely, for compensation which I wanted to give to a charity. Poor show Virgin Media Mobile. Your internet service has been wonderful but the mobile woeful. Sort it out.
